How bout this. Leaders of Bravo post in the leaders section about who they would nominate for captain. All leaders in the clan take a vote/have a discussion on whether they agree/disagree and why. If there's an outstanding candidate--we approach them and ask if they'd be interested.

I would, but seeing as I just recently got onto the trial period, and haven't been with the clan long enough I don't think I can.
